More information about Anytime Fitness
More information about the Durango Rec Center
This is not rocket science. You can get all of this information from your local bike shop, a nutritionist, a certified cycling coach, a cardiologist, and a physical therapist. However, we have put together all the information in a bite-sized format and designed a program to help you complete the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic.

Why us? We all live in Durango, Colorado. We have all been involved with the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic for many years.

Why are we doing this? It is rewarding because we are helping people accomplish their goals. For some people, this is their first athletic event. We love the feedback from our students who have made it to Silverton, lost weight, increased their energy level, lowered their blood pressure and feel better about themselves.
