Local Training

We have classes at Durango Rec Center and Anytime Fitness at Three Springs.

Rec Center information

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00a.m. spin class

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:00 spin class

Saturday at 8:30a.m. (this is a regular spinning class not just for Iron Horse Training)

Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00a.m.

Anytime Fitness is at 6:15a.m. and is an advanced class.

Anytime Fitness

We suggest 3 spinning classes a week and some core exercises. We also suggest you have cycling shorts, cycling shoes and a heart monitor. Sorry you can not train at the different facilities

Saturday March 31st we will begin riding outside.The rides and the meeting locations will be posted in mid March. Our times are as follows:

Tuesday at noon
Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (we will change to 9:00 a.m. on May 4th, 2012)
Sunday at 10:00 a.m. (we will change to 9:00 a.m. on May 5th, 2012)

We will also be available by phone or e-mail to answer questions and offer support for people who ride on their own.

All outdoors rides are subject to change due to road conditions, weather conditions or safety concerns.
